summer series: freedom in christ

Hey y’all!! Summer is in full swing, and there’s something so sweet about this time of year. The sun stays out longer, the weather is warmer, and life’s pace becomes a little more relaxed. So what better time to reflect on and lean into how the Lord is working and to share it with y’all!

I’ve never done a series before, but as you can see by the title, it’s going to be multiple blog posts all focusing on the topic of freedom. I’m thrilled for this, and I’m so excited that y’all will be joining me and my friends. That’s right! I’m going to have guest writers on here throughout the summer sharing their thoughts as well on this topic.

For the next six weeks, we’re going to be looking at what it means to have freedom in Christ!

Galatians 5:1 says “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.”

Jesus set us free through His death and resurrection, not to be bound by chains anymore. What a glorious truth that is! We have been called out of the darkness into His light! I’m so excited for y’all to join us as we seek to live out a life of freedom.
